There are an abundance of concert's I am pumped to see:
Panic! At the Disco, The Hush Sound et al. on April 30th at D.A.R [hopefully]
Jukebox the Ghost && The XYZ Affair on May 1st at Mount Vernon [definitely]
Modest Mouse, REM, and The National on June 13th at Merriweather [definitely]
As much as I destained "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out," I really enjoyed Panic!'s new album. It was much more classic rock-esque and less dance pop. I'm actually teaching myself "Northern Downpour" as I type. And The Hush Sound is amazing, there's no denying that. "Sweet Tangerine" was absolute genius.
Jukebox The Ghost is a local band. An AMAZING local band. The XYZ Affair is a band from NYC and they are adorable. I love them both [:
Modest Mouse. REM. The National. What more can I say? That show is going to be the shit. I just have a few requirements: 1) Modest Mouse MUST play "Missed the Boat. 2) REM will DEFINITELY play "Nightswimming." 3) I WILL MEET ISAAC NO MATTER WHAT YOU ALL SAY.
This spring/summer is going to amazing. I know it.
