How can 'punk' go crunk if it's not punk?

psssh, i don't blog
Okay, so because I'm 'music snob' I thought I knew what punk was(i heart it btw). But I apparently don't, because The Maine (who i love, really i do) is now 'punk'. I was think punk was more like Dead Kennedys and Sex Pistols and what not. I'm starting to think that they chose the Punk Goes Crunk title more because it rhymes. I am changing it though, to Electronica/Power Pop/Happy Music People Sing GANGSTA.Catchy, no?

Backseat Goodbye

I actually really like this, kinda. It somehow reminds me of the Violent Femmes, but not really. :D
I also really like the song Pretty Rave Girl by Tittle Bear and the Monsters-but those lyrics are really simple...so just go listen.

I'm very bored and trying to avoid work, so Ima blog now.
